Advisory Board

Alan is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of MarketStar Corporation which is a seventeen-year-old global marketing and sales company headquartered in Ogden, Utah. MarketStar has operational capabilities in forty-five countries across North & South America, Canada, Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East.

Brent received his BS in Accounting from Utah State University, and his MBA from the University of Utah. He earned his CPA shortly after graduating from Utah State University. Brent has over 30 years of business experience.

Brent was one of three founders of an internet based business software company. This company evolved to the point of becoming a provider of an online risk management service for large corporations and government entities. During the startup years of this company, he served as CFO, and as a member of the Board of Directors.

Craig has provided senior level management advice and council on strategy, marketing and management to hundreds of emerging and expanding businesses throughout the western United States. He directed Ernst and Young’s Entrepreneurial Management Consulting Services, and owned and operated his own successful consulting business for many years.

Kent has Master of Science-degree from the Institute of Graduate School at Brigham Young University, and a MBA from Brigham Young University. He also has a Bachelor of Science degrreee form the University of Utah where he majored in Finance and minored in Accounting. He is currently a member of Davis Economic Advisory Council and a Manager of the Davis County Community & Economic Development Department, as well as managing the Business Development Loan Fund.
