Steve has accumulated over 35 years of business management experience in both private and public company operations. For 15 of those years, he served as the President and CEO of Big O Tires, Inc., a NASDAQ traded franchise chain of over 400 locations primarily in the western United States. After retiring from Big O in 2000, and prior to becoming the Director of the Davis Business Alliance, Steve developed a small group of franchised quick lube and car wash locations in Colorado and Utah. |

Brent received his BS in Accounting from Utah State University, and his MBA from the University of Utah. He earned his CPA shortly after graduating from Utah State University. Brent has over 30 years of business experience. Brent was one of three founders of an internet based business software company. This company evolved to the point of becoming a provider of an online risk management service for large corporations and government entities. During the startup years of this company, he served as CFO, and as a member of the Board of Directors. |

Carrie began her employment at the DATC as the Freeport Training Facility Receptionist and has been with the DATC for the last three years. Prior to that, Carrie worked for private industry. |

Ginger Chinn |
Ginger Chinn, Private Training Coordinator for Davis Applied Technology College graduated from Boise State University in 1998 where she studied Social Psychology. Upon graduation, Ginger began her career in Boise, Idaho working with local businesses and their training needs working as a Personnel Manager/Recruiter. She later moved onto becoming a Certified Workforce Development Professional with the Private Industry Council where she created and designed Urban ArtWORKS, an art program for disadvantaged youth. |

Hailee Long is the Continuing Education Coordinator for Davis Applied Technology College. Hailee began working at Davis Applied Technology College in 2004. Since that time she has been involved with the Apprenticeship Program, Custom Fit State Funding, the Emergency Medical Technician Program, the Phlebotomy Program, and Continuing Education. Hailee has been instrumental in increasing and improving the courses offered in Continuing Education at Davis Applied Technology College. |

Joe Gordon |
I have been at the DATC for fifteen years, teaching various classes in business and computer applications. While working in industry I spent eight years as a classroom consultant for the Applied Economics program, sponsored by Junior Achievement. My current areas of academic interest are entrepreneurship/small business management, project management, and financial literacy. |

Marnae Hoxer, Assistant to the Director of the Davis Business Alliance (DBA) has been a loyal employee of Davis Applied Technology College for the past 16 years. Her background and experience in marketing, program coordination, and customer relations has prepared her for her current position of liaison with the DBA’s tenants and clients. She was also instrumental in creating the professional business atmosphere that exists at the business resource center. |

Rama Rasmussen |
Rama brings 45 years of business experience to her position at DATC. She ran her own business for 23 years, worked at Unisys Corporation for over ten years and was co-founder of Browz, Inc. She has a BS degree in Computer Science from Weber State University with minors in math and communication. She has an Executive MBA from the University of Utah. In addition to her work at DATC, she teaches in the Business Department at WSU. Rama has three married children and five grandchildren. |
